Located in west central Minnesota just miles from Maplewood State Park, Perham (featuring weekly Turtle races), Dent, Vergas (featuring Maple Syrup days, Hairy Man Festival, Weiner Dog Races) , and Detroit Lakes (host to the world famous We Fest). These charming towns offer excellent dining, shopping, and during the summer local farmers markets.

Fish, swim, and boat on beautiful Big McDonald Lake and enjoy the amenities within our HOA, including pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, children’s play area, community fire pit, fish cleaning area, horseshoes and much more! Bring your own boat, launch at the public access located .25 miles past the cabin. Utilize one dock slip that includes a boat lift with a 2800 pound limit. Enjoy 60 feet of sandy bottom private beach for swimming. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio for fantastic sunrises.
