- Deposits are non-refundable. We would be happy to reschedule your vacation for a future date.
- The reservation must be filled for each day it was reserved and your new reservation must be equal or more in value.
- We reserve the right to bill all guest(s) for the full amount of the reservation for any no-shows without a notice or last minute cancellations.
- If cancellation is less than 90 days notice, customer is financially responsible for the entire number of days reserved if cabin is not filled.
- Cancellation policies vary by booking type and will be disclosed at the time of reservation.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the specific terms agreed upon.
- No-shows or early departures may result in forfeiture of payment.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out times will be specified at booking.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
- Any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused by guests may result in additional charges.
